Mandala’s: Araimandi

Hasta’s: Alapadma, Katakamukha, Pataka

Solkattu: Ta hata jham tari ta, tat hata jham tari tai

Start in Araimandi, arms in Natyarambha

Ta: Jump on the balls of your feet, right hand in Alapadma in front of the chest, torso bent to right slightly

Hata: Stamp right feet, right arm with right hand in Katakamukha is stretched diagonally forwards and above.

 Jham tari: Perform di di tai on left foot. Bring right arm back and stretch it to left diagonally downwards right hand in Alapadma

 Ta: Stamp on the right foot, arms return to Natyarambha position.

 Repeat on left
