Meaning : To stamp on the ball of the foot

Adavu 1

​Ta : Stamp on the ball of the right foot. Hands in front of the chest in Tripataka facing upwards.

​Tai : Stamp on the flat of the right foot with right arm stretched out diagonally down, Tripataka facing outwards.

​Di Tai : Repeat above movements starting from the left foot.

​Ta : Stamp on the ball of the right foot. Hands in front of the chest in Tripataka facing upwards.

​Tai : Stamp on the flat of te right foot with right arm stretched out diagonally up, Tripataka facing outwards.

​Di Tai : Repeat above movements starting from the left foot.

Adavu 2

​Ta : Stamp on the ball of the right foot. Left hand in front of the chest in Katakamukha. Right arm stretched out to deep right ,right hand in Alapadma.

​Tai : Stamp on the flat of the right foot, right hand in front of the chest in Katakamukha.

​Di Tai : Repeat above movements starting from the left.

​Ta : Stamp on the ball of the right foot. Left hand in front of the chest in Katakamukha. Right arm stretched out high right, right hand in Alapadma.

​Tai : Stamp on the flat of the right foot, right hand in front of the chest in Katakamukha.

​Di Tai: Repeat above movements starting from the left.

​Ta : Stamp on the ball of the right foot. Left hand in front of the chest in Katakamukha. Right  arm stretched to the back, right hand in Alapadma.

​Tai: Stamp on the flat of the right foot, right hand in front of the chest in Katakamukha.

​Di Tai : Repeat above movements starting from the left.

​Ta : Stamp on the ball of the right foot. Left hand in front of the chest in Katakamukha. Right arm stretched out to the front, right hand in Alapadma.

​Tai : Stamp on the flat of the right foot, right hand in front of the chest in Katakamukha.

​Di Tai : Repeat above movements starting from the left.
