A dynamic adavu using leaps and stretches of the limbs.

Di tai ta: Start in sthanka with both hands in shikara in front of the chest. With a small jump,

ta tai: Land with your right knee in front, left leg stretched out sideways at the back ( Garuda mandala facing right). Right arm stretched out in straight line towards right, Pataka hasta facing sideways,left hand remains in shikara in front of the chest.

Di tai ta: With a sweep of your left arm, left hand in pataka, and with a small jump

ta tai: land with your left knee in front, right leg stretched out side ways at the back ( Garuda mandala facing left). Left arm stretched out in straight line towards left,pataka facing sideways, right hand in shikara in front of the chest.

Di tai ta: With a sweep of your right hand, and with a small jump

ta tai: land with your right knee in front, left leg stretched out  at the back ( garuda mandala facing front). Right arm stretched out in straight line towards the front.

Di tai ta:With a sweep of your left hand, and with a small jump

ta tai: land with your left knee in front, right leg stretched out at the back (gardua mandala facing front). Left arm stretched out in straight line towards the front.
