Mandala :  Aramandi, Prenkhana and Sthanaka

Hasta’s   :   Chatura, Alapadma,Katakamukha, Shikara, Tripataka or Kartarimukha.



​Di   :  Prenkhana on the right foot towards front

​Di   :  Stamp on the flat of the left foot.

​Tai :  Stamp on the flat of the right foot to move back to the starting position.

Repeat starting from the left.

​This adavu can be performed in various floor patterns such as forwards, backwards and sideways using different hasta’s.
