Mandala : Aramandi, Prenkhana and Sthanaka
Hasta’s : Chatura, Alapadma,Katakamukha, Shikara, Tripataka or Kartarimukha.
Di : Prenkhana on the right foot towards front
Di : Stamp on the flat of the left foot.
Tai : Stamp on the flat of the right foot to move back to the starting position.
Repeat starting from the left.
This adavu can be performed in various floor patterns such asusing different hasta’s.
